Tracie Jones

Payroll Manager, NIDO Early School
Tracie has 20+ years’ payroll experience across media, logistics, and education. She is currently Payroll Manager at NIDO Education, overseeing payroll for 3,000 employees across 110 services, with annual growth of 15%.

She has led implementations of integrated rostering, time & attendance, and payroll systems, managed acquisitions and divestments, and driven process improvements to support scale and compliance. Tracie is passionate about ensuring NIDO stays fully compliant in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.

Fred Van Der Tang
